On one hand, that sounds unlikely, but on the other, you have to admit: the way the drainage is shown almost convinces you while sitting that you’re imagining unnecessary movement while reading it. In what way? The stone has to be measured, cut, and carried no matter which method you use. What was frustrating for us was that even the smallest deviations were immediately penalized. With the other approach, only the carpenter is at fault if the cuts are not made precisely.

The stone must be measured, cut, and carried with every procedure. Measuring and cutting is not always necessary; when building up between two rafters, the stones are only stepped into place. The pallet with the stones is lifted onto the top floor slab in front of the roof structure, so you don’t have to keep going down and back up all the time.

But let's leave it at that. As we’ve realized, there are many ways to reach the goal.
On topic: We are currently waiting for Nordly's Ahmeds to finish grouting so the scaffolding can be removed. We’re now paying an extra €70 per week for the scaffolding... seems like it won’t happen until next year after all.

Not much spectacular is happening at our place right now, but some small things:
Our windows have now been fitted with their hardware:

And on the outside, we now have window sills, and the windows have been “neaten up” (the recesses have been closed off with boards):
The protective film is still on!
Inside, the ventilation ducts are now installed:

There’s quite a lot coming together!
