Oh, a bit further north. Well, then probably quite a bit higher in elevation, right? Our house is at 270.65 meters (889 feet) above sea level.
Best regards
Axel Further north? I would say mainly further west. Since the plot is in the valley, we are not much higher... about 335 meters (1,099 feet) above sea level.

When we took the pictures, our new neighbor already said hello. He’s actually pretty easy to talk to. Nordlys schrieb:
1600 sqm (0.4 acres) and horses next door. That really makes the lawnmower worthwhile later on. I actually think cows are even better listeners than horses. And I like lawnmowers too

Six? Sure. The driver is in the union and wants one day off per week.

So, from my 350** area, all the 352** areas are north, but some are also northwest. Anyway, it seems we’re all living in the "Hessian Hinterland."
Best regards

Axel Ah, right... ok... I didn’t realize the southern parts of the Hinterland still have 350... learned something new
The ground floor masonry is complete. Tomorrow, the ceiling panels will be installed, and the concrete will be poured on Monday.
The retaining wall behind the fireplace supports almost the entire ground floor ceiling by itself, so for structural reasons, the wall had to be extended by 25 cm (10 inches) on both the left and right sides. It’s really a pity because the room would feel more spacious otherwise, but it’s better this way than risking the ceiling collapsing.
And I still have to appear on ZDF for the documentary “Construction Fails.”
