Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Well, opinions differ on that... 40k is not mid-range to me.. and regarding nearly new cars, who seriously buys a brand new car?

Just managed to get around it, I really wanted to see photos of this miracle stove. But if it only cost as much as a mid-range car after 24 years and with total loss, we’d better save ourselves the trouble...

Then I’ll share a picture of our bathroom. Today the shower drain was installed. Hopefully, it will live up to its promise… Length: 1 m (3.3 ft) The cover has not been installed yet.

I think it’s perfectly normal and even good that pictures sometimes spark a brief discussion; it’s to be expected.

Even if it’s not so exciting – we are currently preparing the roof overhangs and everything else so that the roof can be covered. Then the nice green will finally disappear from the overall view.

A yearly car is usually one year old, which is why it’s called that... But for many, a 700,000€ house apparently also requires a fitting 5 Series as a new car. A faux pas...

Note. Male client. Construction site in BY or BW, then the garage becomes the most important part of the house.
They may have the higher mountains, but we have the broader horizon.
