Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

It’s a matter of personal preference. When done properly, a cement screed has no disadvantages; in fact, it is even more resistant to moisture. However, you need skilled craftsmen! Otherwise, installing the floor can become quite an adventure.

The earthworks contractor has been busy again. Excavation will be finished today, and tomorrow the sewer installation and gravel bedding will be done. I like it.

The excavator operator said our soil is excellent. No stones, natural ground, and good soil quality.
