Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Before March 2014:

After May 2015:

I can definitely understand having a car inside the house or with a view into the garage 🙂 Two of my motorcycles from my collection are also kept inside the house. Although this required quite a long discussion with my wife.

Without pictures, I really don’t believe anything here.
In any case, I am only allowed to park my bicycles inside the house (basement).

Indoor bike trainer in the foreground, another bicycle in the background, TV showing two people.

Work in progress.

People who live tax-optimized above their own business. The square meters there are also significantly cheaper.

Well observed and thanks 😉 In the end, I don’t care which gate I drive through. Also, the city required a fence all around as well as a sliding gate. Otherwise, there are 3 garages which also provide some protection from view and "noise"... No bowling alley or anything like that.. 🙄

We have now been living in the house for almost 4 years, and this is actually the first time I’ve thought about looking at my house at night with fixed lighting. 😀

On Monday, the carpenter is coming to install the greened terrace roof. We will probably be able to sell the mistakenly purchased awning for a good price to a friend who needs exactly that.

Before anyone complains about the grazing light, I don’t care... :p

Raking light doesn’t matter to me either, but the plaster is quite wavy...
:p

If anyone complains about the side lighting, I don’t care... :p

It looks cool, somehow similar to an oriental villa in desert sand. Soon, the morning star will probably rise in the background... 😀
