The only thing you need to watch out for is to use solid planks because of the frost. The only thing to consider is that they are hollow; otherwise, they become so hot in the summer that you cannot walk on them.
A slope helps to prevent frost damage.

I really like wooden decking for the terrace surface, but because of the limited durability, it will probably be porcelain stoneware or something similar after all. Did I forget to consider WPC decking? I'm hearing about that for the first time today.
