Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

After May 2015:

We completed construction a year ago and have happily moved in. So I don’t have any recent photos of the building site, but at least one picture of the front garden. At first, we just sowed grass seed to prevent weeds. Then, when I didn’t feel like mowing for a few days, we simply waited and observed what happened. We liked the result so much that we decided to leave it as it is.
I like it. Where did you get the house number from? We are currently looking online and like the size of the characters.

They are from the company Thorwa. Remember to order the appropriate set of screws if you want to mount them on the external wall insulation system (EWIS).

Thanks for the feedback. I just ordered the 30cm (12 inches) ones. We don't have ETICS. But for the bricks, I still need to get special anchors.

What is the problem with using construction adhesive?

I'll wait and see. I still have to buy special anchors for the bathroom mirror and the base cabinets.

I also had to drill the water filter for the kitchen faucet, and the standard anchors didn't work well during installation on the T8.

EDIT: Does construction adhesive hold on exterior plaster?
