I think we have already discussed this topic, that he doesn’t have it now and doesn’t need it, but will regret it after the first summer. However, the benches are very stylish – if we didn’t already have wooden floors, I would have done the same.

I like them very much; I would never have expected that.

The wall construction there is quite thick.

We actually have a standard wall assembly with a total thickness of about 45 cm (18 inches).
Ytong, mineral wool, cladding...

However, where the window sills are deeper, we used a wider Ytong block to create an offset in the façade. I have two gables that therefore protrude slightly...

The wood is:
wild and knotty oak, white oiled.
