In the western part of Central Hesse... a beautiful area and although there are no significant cities nearby (the closest is about 40km (25 miles) away), it is not really economically weak... but fortunately, the area is not well known to those unfamiliar with it... which is how prices end up like this... even for the new build projects, prices are still below 50€/m² (about $5 per sq ft).

Central Hesse is simply wonderful. We have also just finished building here, in the MR-BID district.

In our area, prices are similarly under 40 euros per square meter (about 3.7 dollars per square foot), while 20 kilometers (12 miles) away, they exceed 100 euros per square meter (about 9.3 dollars per square foot).

Here, almost everything is available. If something is not in stock, the large online retailer ships it the next day.
