During a course two years ago, I talked a bit about these components with a carpenter who was rather critical unless everything is done by one experienced contractor who knows what they’re doing. Due to cutting insulation mats carelessly and the resulting gaps, plus the lack of continuous insulation above the rafters in the design, you can easily create thermal bridges. Otherwise, it seems like a great lightweight solution.

They handle everything themselves, so it’s a complete service from start to finish. As far as I understand, the insulation is blown in. It’s also some kind of ecological material (the landscape carpenter prefers it when houses can be completely dismantled without leaving any residue). I can ask what exactly it is if you want.

It is likely just ordinary newspaper paper that has been recycled and processed.
