I’m not sure about Beaufort. Only 90 to 110 km/h (55 to 68 mph) wind speed until around 10:00 am, now it’s easing up a bit. The sun is coming through. Try riding a motorcycle without a helmet and visor at 100 km/h (62 mph), then you’ll know what it’s like.

We are on vacation at the North Sea. Wonderful coastal weather. At home, the trash cans were blown over. We don't care.
I went mudflat hiking with my eldest today at 1 p.m. But not far. He was almost blown away.

After X hours of learning, practicing, reading, feeling frustrated, and almost crying, the last two days we really got down to business with KNX!

The actuators and switches have been programmed for now, and thank goodness, the initial tests show everything is working fine.

Today was the big day for installing the lights: 6 LED panels and 14 spotlights were mounted. Except for one panel, everything is functioning as it should. The electrician got mixed up on that one — instead of the light, a socket was connected.

The tiler finished the main bathroom today. The floor tiles are expected to be delivered on Thursday, so installation will begin next week.

I can hardly wait to finally move in. But there are still some "small things" like floors and doors waiting to be installed...
