The shell of the building is now nearly complete.
At the moment, the parapet with the ring beam is being constructed on the main roof. The parapet wall of the roof terrace is already finished, and the anteroom is currently being built there, which will have a shed roof installed on top.
Last week, the window installer came for the measurements and assured us that everything will be installed within 4-5 weeks.
In the meantime, the rough installation for heating, plumbing, and electrical systems is planned, so that plastering can begin promptly afterward.
In our opinion, the masons were not as productive as hoped over the past two weeks, but this is by no means a criticism considering the heat we have had recently.
