I’m curious how much longer this hype around homeownership will continue.
In our region, people search for houses on eBay Classifieds and offer high broker commissions in hopes of buying homes without involving a real estate agent.
We had over 100 interested parties for 25 plots of land.
And we have comparatively low wages and no industry.
(but the Baltic Sea right on our doorstep)

$7 per square meter in the Börde region. That’s roughly the price of arable land there. It’s some of the best soil for growing cereal crops in Germany. I’m considering 10 million square meters (10,000,000 square meters), otherwise the autonomous GPS tractor isn’t really worthwhile. Plowing in a five-row pattern. Cool. Karsten

It’s the best, except maybe for rye.
A friend of ours is the manager of an agricultural cooperative and even cultivates the field next to our property.
Then later on, our son can get some real experience driving the combine harvester.

We even had problems here, and we paid a high price of 33 euros per square meter. We’re not a small village. We actually have everything you could need Oh, then we must have been lucky with the bank. We paid 34€/m² (Central Hesse) but had no trouble getting the full amount we wanted (full financing).
