Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Before March 2014:

After May 2015:

The final stage has begun: starting today, the exterior plaster is being prepared.

Two-story house in shell construction with scaffolding, dark tiled roof, and windows covered with film; construction crane in the background.

Secure the construction fence with screws, possibly add a solar-powered camera with LTE.
Better to have watchful neighbors...
Such jerks... Hopefully the damage isn't too bad and the insurance settles quickly.

We haven't seen it ourselves yet. The architect called earlier and told us. A friend and future neighbor then sent her husband out. He sent us a few photos.
Looks like kids' work.
We will see it ourselves tomorrow.
I'm a bit scared...

The front door was installed yesterday. Hopefully, the roof will be completed next week and the scaffolding taken down. Then I’ll be able to take a decent photo of the exterior again.

Unfinished interior made of white concrete blocks, left window, double-leaf door with windows.

At the moment, all we see is soil, soil, and more soil!

Modern two-story house front with large windows; construction site and piles of earth.

Slope with young trees planted in rows, front shows raised beds framed with wood, earthy ground.

Embankment with young trees in rows; unpaved soil, green planting areas, satellite dish.

Large construction site with central tree, yellow wheel loader, construction workers setting up yellow barriers around a trench.

Your plot feels about as big as our entire new development area.

And it continues here as well....

Is this a monocrystalline photovoltaic panel?

Is it possible that since 2020, only monocrystalline modules are being installed?
