Not much has happened for us so far in the new year. On January 30th, the basement ceiling is finally scheduled to be installed, although it was originally planned for before Christmas. At least the contractors started with the basement waterproofing last week, applied the cove fillet, and coated the exterior walls in black before welding on the bitumen membranes.
