But I would also prefer to avoid it now, although you can’t change that... You have no control over the weather and only limited influence over the construction company.

Yes!!! What a shock, we are building a house without underfloor heating. I already called "schöner wohnen" to let them know they don’t have to come by. You don’t need to make a joke out of it... why would anyone do that? Voluntarily having to deal with flow temperature and all that.
