It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Because of the high temperatures? No idea, I currently don’t know when the ventilation and heating will be installed... but the heating-up program will still be run through once...

Exactly for that reason. Open the windows and you'll be warmer than we are when heating in winter.

Yes, but the current air is also more humid than in winter... I don't think there is ever really an ideal level.

Functional heating has to be carried out anyway.
For us, the warm, humid weather actually set back the drying process. It would be ideal now to have mildly freezing temperatures just below zero Celsius (32°F).

However, this does not remove the moisture because warm air is already saturated and cannot carry it away.
