It looks good how the wall is being illuminated. Is the outdoor unit of the heat pump only temporarily installed, or is it meant to stay that way?

I don’t like the lighting design at all... If you’re going for up-and-down lighting, then (in my opinion) the light beams should be symmetrical.

The waterproofing membrane is correctly placed, with the garage to follow behind it, and probably some shielding in front later on.
