Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Before March 2014:

After May 2015:

Dear friends of housebuilding,

after the foundation slab, poured the day before yesterday, was stripped of its formwork yesterday, the first row of blocks for the basement was laid immediately.

So, the ground floor is now almost completely built. You’re starting to really get a sense of how it will look later [emoji7]

So far, we’re very satisfied with our construction company. They work efficiently and cleanly.

They even set up the scaffolding on Saturday [emoji15]

Next week, the ground floor will be finished, the ceiling will be installed, and I expect the staircase will be cast.

Hi Eldea, is the roof in the background part of your house or are you building quite close to the neighbor?

We both have only the minimum distance of 3m (10 feet) on that side. We can live with it since that's what we already have and are used to. On the other side, we have a garage and carport.

Very nice house! How large is it, what type of construction was used, and how long did it take you to get to this point?
