Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Well, I would, but we’re finished. And the garden will come in spring. Although... there’s one more thing. We’ve just had our porch roof installed.

We are currently preparing for the underfloor heating.

The screed will be installed so that we can start heating through December.

Unfinished living space: raw concrete walls, windows, insulation panel boxes, heating unit, and wooden boards.

Is the cold cement plaster only a few days old?

We had the choice between gypsum and lime-cement plaster. We looked at both types in other houses built by our general contractor (a small local family-run company) and also followed the advice of the owner.
