Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

No, not after all. I’m moving 140 km (87 miles) further north from there. We used to go sailing on the Müritz almost every weekend during the summer, a lovely area.

Yes, the plot really looks great! Hopefully, the neighbors aren’t too close, and you’ll still be able to enjoy the wonderful view of nature.

Yes, the construction zone ends behind the property, so the view remains (unless the local authority decides otherwise). The neighbors are at a sufficient distance: about 10m (33 feet) to the right and about 18m (59 feet) to the left.
