Well, I don’t know what kind of tradespeople some people here have or how skilled the builders themselves are (I wouldn’t exactly call myself unskilled), but I would say that so far I haven’t been able to do any trade as well as the professional tradespeople... The only thing I definitely wouldn’t have done is place one roof tile on the roof, because it has a color defect in one spot... however, you can only see it up close, so in the end it doesn’t really bother me.
