Hello,

It would be really great if everyone here could just post one or a few pictures showing the current state of their house.

I'll start right away.

For renovations, it’s best to provide a comparison of before and after the remodeling.

Before March 2014:

After May 2015:

Fresh leveling compound

Is it so fluid that it spreads out on its own, or does it need to be smoothed out with a trowel?

Exactly, it becomes dull, but no one cares.

I didn’t mean it as an aesthetic flaw, but rather as an indicator that work can continue.

Work can continue once the supervisor approves.
Applied with a squeegee.

After the self-leveling compound was poured yesterday, work continued today.
It’s incredible how much equipment the floor fitter brings:

Storage room with four Bona boxes on the left, bucket, tools, and case on the right.

Renovation room with stacked wooden slats, bucket, toolboxes, and machines.

Several wooden slats on raw concrete floor in front of glass front; one slat covered with plastic sheeting.

Interior construction: long metal tool on a tripod, stacked wood panels, green hose, bucket, and boxes.

And right in the middle of the work:

Renovation room with wooden floorboards, miter saw, cables, yellow bags; worker standing on the right.

The hallway seems quite narrow to me. How wide is it according to the plan?

Which spot are you referring to? You can actually see it quite well where it is. The tiles are 60cm (24 inches), so just over 150cm (59 inches) at the front, and about 110cm (43 inches) at the narrowest point.

And in practice, it is anything but tight.

I didn’t understand what she meant either! She probably didn’t quite get your floor plan "understandably" and thinks a wardrobe will go there.

And to everyone else, please share some pictures again. Or is no work being done between the holidays?
