I thought a garden chat and photo thread would be a good idea.
This way, we have a space to share current pictures and discuss dandelions and other plants.

Actually, I don’t want to have to put away all the cushions and covers all the time.

Cushions, however, cannot withstand moisture in the long term, even if they are designed for outdoor use.

All the garden furniture I have seen so far in DIY stores doesn’t appeal to me, either visually or in terms of quality.

I have quite a list of furniture shops for Danish, Scandinavian, and other special styles. They all have outdoor sections as well.
For example, Made.com, Riess, Kare, ...
However, my advice would be: buy 4 cheap chairs from a Danish-style furniture store and wait before making a larger purchase.

Our well-stocked garden centres do carry Kettler and similar brands.

Kettler is now somewhat of a “standard” brand and, in my opinion, doesn’t really suit your style.

Didn’t want to suggest Kettal, Gloster, Fermob right away :p

I want to make sure I don’t overspend financially right from the start. Eventually, I also want to have a louvered roof that allows for high-quality lounge furniture with cushions.

At the moment, I don’t have enough extra budget for truly high-end furniture. Otherwise, I’d have to sell a few watches from my collection. But before that happens, I’d rather just sit on the floor :p :p

@Alessandro When buying lounge furniture, make sure the backrest isn’t too low and the seat isn’t too deep, as that can quickly become uncomfortable.

We have had some from Lidl for 5 years, they do their job and still look very good, even though they stay outside from February to October.

Watches and precision mechanics are (unfortunately) my major hobby.
Here is just a small part of my collection.

Several metal wristwatches; main focus on a Rolex GMT-Master with red/blue bezel.
