I thought a garden chat and photo thread would be a good idea.
This way, we have a space to share current pictures and discuss dandelions and other plants.

Just had a look at the website... in my opinion, it’s the typical hardware store/garden center/furniture shop quality. The pricing also suggests this, as well as some material notes (upholstery, wood grades, frames only powder-coated with a warning about expected damage – no thanks)

Well, great. I just placed an order :p

@Alessandro Nice selection from your collection (even though I’m not really a Rolex fan).
I know this “addiction.” I’ve been clean for over a year now.
For the summer, I’m considering a watch with a white strap... We’ll see if I go for it or not.
For now, I need to get the new bike first :p

Regarding tree lighting, one spotlight is not enough. Our tree isn’t very tall either. We used four spotlights to illuminate it evenly from all sides.
Of course, it also depends on the type of spotlights.

I can’t say anything about Artelia’s furniture. But with those prices, it’s worth checking out other brands as well.

I would like to be clean too and limit myself to 3-4 models. Unfortunately, I haven’t managed that yet...

My problem with lighting is that, simply put, I only have a single 230V cable coming out of the ground. I haven’t found any proper tree spotlights with built-in power supplies so far.

Watches and precision mechanics are (unfortunately) my big hobby.
Here is just a glimpse of my collection.

A colleague of mine had a similar hobby. Until someone broke into his place and stole his suits and watches. Nothing else. Suits and watches. Suits! He then reinvested the insurance money in a 911. Topic: getting clean. 😉

I already found it hard to spend over €300 (about $320) on a Garmin running watch. Maybe I don’t actually need the cameras after all, as I recently discussed.

About the garden:
I’ll just jump in here. I have an azalea and a butterfly bush standing on my balcony. Neither plant is doing well there and they’ve barely survived for years.

Does it make sense to just plant both behind the house now and then move them again in a year, once we have a better idea of what our garden will look like?

By "clean," I didn’t mean a new purchase. Not dismantling the collection 🙂

I actually have no idea how many watches I own exactly.

For the tree, we used a Bega 84088 and buried it.

The power supply is integrated. Just connect it to the switched 230V (230V) line.

Looking for recessed ground spotlights, not tree lighting.

I am now considering a recessed floor spotlight with a GU10 socket and plan to install Philips HUE bulbs. Would that be too weak?

The HUE GU10 bulbs are too weak. You also might not have reliable coverage from the bridge outside.
