I thought a garden chat and photo thread would be a good idea.
This way, we have a space to share current pictures and discuss dandelions and other plants.

It is probably due to the weather. In 2022, it was much hotter and we didn’t have a drop of rain for 4 months. In 2023, it wasn’t as extremely hot and there was precipitation. I didn’t have to water that much.
I plant so many varieties partly because I am looking for the perfect ones (taste, location, weather) and partly because it feels like there is an endless variety that must not disappear.

The dried-out lawn is completely in the background when you look at the planting.I feel exactly the same way... dry lawn doesn’t bother me at all... I have never watered it either.Looking for a climbing plant with the following conditions: south-facing location but shaded from the afternoon, rather dry, humus-rich, clay soil, no thorns as it is a boundary area and I don’t want to annoy the neighbors, flowers would be nice. Easy and fast-growing. Does anyone have a recommendation for me?
