I thought a garden chat and photo thread would be a good idea.
This way, we have a space to share current pictures and discuss dandelions and other plants.

What I find inappropriate is assuming others feel the same way you do. I’m not saying that you have to perceive the noise as badly as I do. But you are telling me that I should perceive the noise as less disturbing, like you do. And that is the definition of lacking empathy.

No, that’s not what I said at all. That’s exactly why I wrote:

Something is personally possible for me that isn’t for you, because I am simply different.
Ultimately, individuals, personality, and subjective viewpoints do not change facts that should be evaluated neutrally or assessed impartially by a third party.
That doesn’t mean my way can be followed by others, as it is my personal way of dealing with things.
You should find your own way out.
Whether your way is the right one is the topic for discussion here. Everyone will think differently about that. One person might welcome noise, another prioritizes themselves. And so on. Many like to stir things up here as well.

But whatever. I think this discussion is starting to get out of hand for a picture thread.

It's a pity that there is so little discussion here about gardens and pictures.

@sub-xero That’s just your impression; try to change your mindset!

Where is your garden located, or what is the current status of it?

Update on the Garden Slope Project

As mentioned before, I am currently working on the slope in our garden. The boards to retain the wood chips have been installed. Additionally, weed control fabric has been applied to the upper two-thirds.

The boards have been further adjusted in the meantime. We still need to add more wood chips.

Another project concerns our garden shed. Since the weather is suitable this week, the roof will be redone.

Will be with you.
The hammock will be put aside until autumn. Too many baby birds. They are eating the hair off my head.
I need about 1 kilogram (2.2 pounds) of wild bird feed plus around 100 peanuts per week. Sunflower seeds and fat balls are slow sellers.
