Hello, we have a 900 m² (9,688 sq ft) plot of land.
We are building a bungalow of about 200 m² (2,153 sq ft), so around 600 m² (6,458 sq ft) of the land will remain.
I want a simple, low-maintenance garden. Very clear and without any frills.
Some beech hedges, grass, paving stones in front of the house and for parking spaces, and all around the house. Two terraces and one large garden shed (tool shed).
Are there any guidelines for what this might cost?
I estimate that about one-third of the work will be done by myself.

The premium landscape gardeners (who enjoy an excellent reputation in the area) around here charge approximately €100 per square meter (approximately $108 per square yard) including paving at €25 per square meter (approximately $27 per square yard).
The less well-known builders charge nearly the same amount.
I believe they will all do a good job.

Hard to say... it depends on what you want:
We paid just under 8,500 euros for laying paving on 120 sqm (approximately 1,292 sq ft) plus 15 meters (about 50 feet) of splash protection.
We spread soil ourselves in the garden (also about 500–600 sqm / approximately 5,382–6,458 sq ft). It was a lot of work, but "free"... We also did the lawn seeding on our own.
We built the garden shed ourselves (about 3.20 x 4.80 meters / approximately 10.5 x 15.7 feet) for around 2,000 euros (wood, materials, roofing felt, waterproof membrane, etc.).

We are currently having the entire outdoor area done by a landscape gardener. This roughly includes: driveway, aluminum fence with automatic gate on a base, double wire mesh fence at the back, two natural stone walls, natural stone raised beds, complete irrigation system, many plants and 5 larger trees (up to 35cm (14 inches) trunk circumference), large rainwater cisterns, children’s playhouse with water play street, outdoor kitchen made of natural stone with electric shading on the sun terrace, 2 terraces made of Accoya wood totaling about 60m² (645 sq ft), aluminum/wood carport.
Current total cost about 160,000 EUR
Regards, Steffen

With that budget, you could probably get a small house in Lower Saxony.
Best regards

Best regards,
Sabine2018? That would be extremely small even in Lower Saxony!
Our land: 570 sqm (about 6,135 sq ft). Built-up area of 133 sqm (about 1,430 sq ft). Remaining 337 sqm (about 3,629 sq ft), including roughly 100 sqm (about 1,076 sq ft) of terraces and pathways.
What was done? Splash protection, gravel strip drainage around the house and terrace, driveway compacted and covered with granite chippings. A second parking space treated the same way, front slope retained with granite blocks, rear with planting rings. One terrace and pathways laid, platforms at both doors. Paving prices for pathways were 11 per sqm and for the terrace 19 per sqm. An embankment was built and planted with B-grade plants (those that needed to be removed). A hornbeam hedge planted along the neighbor’s boundary. Planting rings and the embankment at the front also planted with B-grade plants. Lawn seeded. Costs totaled 15,000 gross. Karsten
