I thought a garden chat and photo thread would be a good idea.
This way, we have a space to share current pictures and discuss dandelions and other plants.

Since I currently have to change the blades of the robotic lawn mower every two weeks because it apparently has to cut through thicker blades of grass, I looked into the reason, and voilà, it seems these plants are what give it a hard time. But what exactly are they?

Therefore, where the lawn mower cannot reach, simply create an edging strip; this will also help the robotic mower later on.

That's why there is a 9-11 mm (about 0.35-0.43 inch) granite edging there. But it doesn't really help because we had to put the big bags there, and the mower can't get any closer than that.

Cut it down once with a brush cutter. After that, the robotic lawn mower only has to deal with the "delicately regrowing" grass.

That might work in the corner, but what do I do with the rest of the lawn? That is actually the main problem.
It is probably couch grass; I received that suggestion as well, and the pictures match.
