It has been raining steadily here since yesterday evening, sometimes pouring heavily for extended periods. If it were up to me, the Sauerland region has had enough by now.
However, heavy rainfall is forecast for the next two weeks as well. This is how I know it here (except for last year). It's no coincidence that the Sauerland is often called "God's little chamber pot."
