I thought a garden chat and photo thread would be a good idea.
This way, we have a space to share current pictures and discuss dandelions and other plants.

Who can spot the planter pots :p ? By now, there are climbing roses planted in them.

Today was a beautiful day 🙂 The peony will bloom soon. The lettuce is ready to harvest, and the garden well will soon be connected to the pump <3

I don’t find them unattractive at all. Somehow, they blend into the garden in a way that’s pleasing to the eye. The only downside is that they smell. They are produced in China and contain plasticizers that are not approved in the EU. When I grow or buy organic plants and plant them in organic soil, I have always avoided these masonry tubs so far. However, I also had alternatives for the greenhouse, for example. Overall, I consider them practical in terms of price-to-size ratio.

The rhododendron is blooming again. Last year, it was affected by that nasty black fungus.
The lettuce is growing and thriving.
