If I had as much space as you, I would plant a willow grove. A great hiding spot for the kids and a shady place in summer.
And of course, I would try to get a mulberry tree to bear fruit.

A completely chemical-free agriculture will not be possible. However, a reduction is certainly achievable, especially after the harvest.
Next week, I will receive the first box from the vegetable subscription. It will only include what is currently growing in our region. Organic and no post-harvest treatment for shelf life. It will be a change. Finally, my husband is ready to stop paying for the low-quality produce from the supermarket.
