I thought a garden chat and photo thread would be a good idea.
This way, we have a space to share current pictures and discuss dandelions and other plants.

Parts of the garden were already in spring mode and are now being affected, while other areas were still in winter mode and won’t be impacted.

This is not the first year that some frost has caused crop losses in the fruit harvest.

That's unfortunate, we don't have ours yet. I like magnolias.

Both of ours still have no leaves, and the flowers are just thick buds, thank goodness 🙂

Looked out of the bed at the weather.

Since we’re on the topic of bedroom pictures

Winter cityscape with snow-covered timber-framed houses, church tower and castle.

Last week, the exterior work started... it was a short-lived pleasure 😀

Planting the dry stone wall was probably a bit overambitious 😳

Hey @Hangman, you make your own Christmas cards too, right? With that panorama, you could make money – blue hour, Photoshop... nailed it :p

Quite possible. Let's wait and see. In November 2019, I created a prairie garden. The mulch layer was not applied before frost and snow, so the plants were poorly protected. It caused hardly any damage. Unlike this winter. Maybe you'll be luckier.
This winter has already caused some damage. After the Ice Saints, I’ll check what needs to be replaced. Until then, I’m being careful. Even though it’s difficult—I love having soil on my fingers.
