ᐅ Planning Clear Ceiling Heights – Any Experiences?

Hello everyone,

What ceiling height do you consider practical? Right now, it is planned at 2.45 meters (8 feet). Would you go higher, or do you think this height is fine?

Maybe it can still be adjusted.

This is what it looks like

Bookshelf with white shelves, door in the middle, purple wall and reading corner.

Phew, somehow the door proportions seem a bit odd... I’m not really a fan of a full-height door. In my opinion, a small lintel would make it look a bit better.

Open to the kitchen, it looks good; in the first picture, I also find the proportions quite "unusual"...

Well, it wouldn't be my choice. Somehow, the doors look quite narrow. I'm glad mine are 2.11 m (6 ft 11 in) after all.
