Hello everyone,
What ceiling height do you consider practical? Right now, it is planned at 2.45 meters (8 feet). Would you go higher, or do you think this height is fine?
Maybe it can still be adjusted.
Thanks and regards

Upstairs, it’s only 2.50m (8 feet 2 inches) – but that doesn’t bother us at all anymore. At first, I was skeptical whether it might feel too cramped... now it's painted and we are completely satisfied.

We found 275 cm (9 feet) in the guest bathroom to be uncomfortable and lowered the ceiling by 15 cm (6 inches). I find the proportions more pleasing this way. Of course, it’s a matter of personal taste.
Presumably, that’s why the original poster also asked for opinions from different users...

leave it at 2.635 m (8 feet 8 inches) upstairs?
Top edge of the finished floor is a good reference point. Can someone tell me approximately how much I need to deduct from the clear ceiling height on the ground floor and first floor? In other words, what will I roughly have left from the 2.75m (9 feet) on the ground floor and 2.635m (8 feet 8 inches) on the first floor once the builder is finished?
Many thanks for your help so far. I am now definitely leaning towards the 2.75m (9 feet) on the ground floor.

Between 15-20 cm (6-8 inches) should be accounted for on the ground floor, but then there isn’t much left of your 2.75 m (9 ft) ceiling height. Upstairs, it will also be about 15 cm (6 inches)…
