The guest bathroom measures 1.6 x 1.82 meters (5.25 x 6 feet).
How would you arrange the sanitary fixtures? Do you find this layout unusual, since there is a window next to the sink?
One option would be to rotate the toilet so that it is under the window. This arrangement is seen more often. The layout shown here seems uncommon to me, but what do I know?
What would be the most elegant solution? Or rather: how would you design it if this were your guest bathroom?

Floor plan: kitchen, WC, utility room, and hallway.

With 3 m² (32 sq ft), there aren’t many options. So why not?

You should be able to ensure that you can enter, close the door, and then use the toilet.
(The space between the door and the sink as well as between the door and the toilet looks fine.)
Alternatively, the door could be designed to open outwards, and whichever option you choose, you would have more than enough space INSIDE the room.

An idea, just because you asked: place the toilet in the lower right corner of the plan, diagonally?! (however, the door might need to be raised slightly in that case)

An outward-opening door is a good alternative; otherwise, there aren’t many options.

I’m not really in the mood to check your main thread right now, but I noticed a BD/DD label on the toilet cistern – which suggests a soil/vent pipe coming from above that should probably be shared. And you can call me chauvinistic for this comment, but why would that concern you as a woman at all? In my opinion, you’ll mainly be using the space for quick tasks like business, washing your hands, brushing your hair, or retouching your lipstick (basically activities without a long stay or much chance for architectural contemplation). I’d understand the question more coming from your husband—men tend to read the sports section on the toilet, too.

This is just a floor opening. The bedroom is located above it.
Since this layout isn’t very common, I thought there might be a reason for it. But placing the toilet bowl at an angle doesn’t really appeal to me either. I feel like the window is always positioned to the side of the sink rather than next to it. My husband likes it as it is. I’m just a bit bothered by it. But after all, it’s only a toilet. If you don’t find it strange, then there probably isn’t anything unusual about it.
