ᐅ Is the kitchen price reasonable? Alternative manufacturer?

Hello,
a Nobilia kitchen (Line N, handleless) has been planned with approximate dimensions of 290x345cm (115x136 inches). Unfortunately, an island does not fit in the space, as there also needs to be room for a dining table.
This is a condominium in a two-family house. It is possible that we will build or buy a house in 5–10 years and then rent out the apartment with the kitchen. For this reason, we have tried to plan the kitchen as cost-effectively as possible.
Base cabinets:
1x 50cm (20 inch) door with a small drawer
60cm (24 inch) stove
60cm (24 inch) dishwasher
65cm (26 inch) corner cabinet (blind)
3x 90cm (35 inch) drawers (50cm (20 inch) deep, as the slant creates a recess allowing a front with 3x90cm (35 inch) to be formed)
Wall cabinets:
1x 50cm (20 inch) with door
1x 60cm (24 inch) extractor hood (Elica, visually “disappears”)
3x 60cm (24 inch) with doors
Material for fronts and countertop: white concrete
3 LED spotlights
Black sink plus mixer tap
One of the drawers in the 90cm (35 inch) cabinets has another type of drawer integrated that can be separated at the push of a button. Difficult to explain.
The appliances are currently from Junker (stove, oven, and dishwasher). The dishwasher runs at 48dB. In a competitor's brochure we saw today, there was a Samsung dishwasher at 44dB for the same final price. We will need to discuss this again with the consultant. Reportedly, Junker is good quality and competitively priced compared to the usual brands (Neff, Samsung, Bosch, AEG, etc.). Possibly, an oven with a black front will be installed instead of stainless steel. The refrigerator is planned separately.
According to the consultant, the Line N does not have a drawer under the oven. We thought we saw one at an exhibition. Does anyone know? Unfortunately, there is no detailed product overview for the Line N available online.
The price including installation and appliances is 5700 euros, or 5900 euros if glass inserts are installed on the side panels of the drawers. For comparison: instead of 3x 90cm (35 inch) drawers, 3x 90cm (35 inch) cabinets with 6x 45cm (18 inch) doors would cost 5100 euros. However, we prefer the drawers.
What do you think of the price? Are there manufacturers with comparable quality at a lower price?
Best regards
PS: The color does not come out quite as nicely in the photo/printout.

Regular customer with business experience—this is where the initial price really matters. They play the game of quoting a high starting price to see what they can negotiate down to, "let me check with the manager," final offer, and maybe throw in a dishwasher for free, but only if you sign today... not at all.

Regular customer with commercial experience, so I can spot the initial price right away. They play the game with sky-high prices and then say, “Let me check with the manager, final price, and a free dishwasher, but only if you sign today”… not falling for that at all.I generally don’t trust salespeople, especially in the furniture sector ;-)
But I have to admit that other kitchen sellers weren’t much more expensive (about 500–1500 euros).
Besides offering the best deal, he was also the most transparent regarding discounts and price blocks. Another dealer, for example, offered 80 euros off the calculated price for one option and 700 euros off for another.
The current seller simply applied the same percentage discount on every calculation, and that was it.
However, I don’t want to start a discussion about the often unclear sales tactics of dealers.
The price was important to me; I would have liked it a bit cheaper. But the price seems reasonable, unfortunately ;-)
Does anyone know if there is a base cabinet with drawer for an oven in the Nobilia Line N?
No, that shouldn’t be the case:
The cabinet height will be 72.4 cm (28.5 inches)... The oven is 60 cm (24 inches), leaving 12.4 cm (4.9 inches). About 3 to 4 cm (1.2 to 1.6 inches) of that is taken up because you have the handleless version with a recessed finger grip. That leaves around 7 to 8 cm (2.8 to 3.1 inches), which you can see in the illustration as the paneling below the oven. Some of the panels above and below are likely used to cover the floor under the oven... so there is no room for a drawer there.
That’s just the price you pay for the handleless version... loss of storage space due to the recessed finger grip.
Personally, I would miss drawers with direct access. I really don’t like internal drawers there at all. 😉

By the way, a very quiet and still perfectly working Siemens washing machine installed there. In contrast to the similarly old but overpriced Neff washing machine my brother has in our new Ikea office kitchen (so he could justify getting a new one ;-) ). Their touch "buttons" often don't work well (usually not the "Start" button!), and it also buzzes very loudly, so it definitely can only run when no one is around. You are probably aware that Siemens and Neff are manufactured in the same factory by the same technicians (using the same technology). 😉 Compare two models with similar features from both brands, and you will find no significant differences—neither in noise nor other issues. However, the usual quality variations can be found with both.

Personally, I would miss having drawers that are easily accessible. I don’t like inner drawers at all. 😉. Thanks!
It’s a pity because I find a drawer under the oven quite practical. But as you said, you have to accept some compromises with the handleless design ;-)
Yes, we initially considered a 50 cm (20 inches) cabinet with two pull-outs to the left of the oven. However, for cost reasons, we chose a regular 50 cm (20 inches) cabinet with a door plus a single drawer instead.
You could also do 90/100/90 (cm) (35/39/35 inches) in the back, which would give 10 cm (4 inches) more drawer depth, but I find 90/90/90 (cm) (35/35/35 inches) more visually appealing.
In general, we’re still thinking about shifting the kitchen 10 cm (4 inches) towards the door. That way, the 90 cm (35 inches) drawer cabinets could be 60 cm (24 inches) deep instead of 50 cm (20 inches).
The problem is that my partner would then have more difficulty reaching the window and also the outermost cabinet, as we would then be 70 cm (28 inches) away from the window sill (the slope causes an offset).

Of course, the usual quality variations exist with both. Is that referring to the Junker appliances I mentioned, suggesting they’re in a similar quality range? As I said, I’m mainly trying to reduce the dishwasher noise from 48 dB to 44 dB, since the competition offers that at the same price. A difference of 4 dB definitely makes a noticeable impact.
