Hello,
I urgently need help.
We bought this Pax wardrobe with all the interior fittings, etc. Now I have the problem that when I want to install the drawers all the way at the bottom, the holes are already taken up by the hinges of the flap doors.
Are there any solutions for this, or do I have to leave the holes empty and waste valuable space?
Thank you for your response.

Maverick185410 Aug 2010 10:06But with a drawer, I have to leave almost 10cm (4 inches) of clearance, while with a basket, I only have 1cm (0.4 inches) of clearance below...
I don’t quite understand what you mean...

assamerer10 Aug 2010 12:42Ok, here it is again:
Both the drawer and the basket require two cabinet holes on each side for mounting inside a cabinet.
Technically, it is possible to design the setup so that, looking at the Pax wardrobe from the front:
2 holes at the very bottom = hinge
2 holes above = mounting bracket for the drawers
The wire basket itself also has a plastic bracket that uses two holes for mounting. The difference between mounting the drawer and mounting the basket in holes 3 and 4 of the cabinet is therefore identical.
Even though it is not preferred, the Faktum base cabinets from the kitchen are almost identical in terms of options and construction: You get a door, basket, and drawer. The door is normally attached on the left or right side with 2 hinges (the Pax now uses 3 hinges, previously 4). The hinges are positioned at holes 1 and 2 in both Pax and Faktum cabinets.
If I want to install a basket or drawer, I can never place this—through the door—into holes 1 and 2, but must use holes 3 and 4 with the bracket. Except, and here is the difference, if I screw the kitchen door directly to the drawer.
Best regards
