ᐅ Installing an Ikea Utrusta Lift Hinge in a Faktum Cabinet

Hello everyone,
I have a Faktum kitchen, and once again, a lift-up hinge on one of the Faktum wall cabinets has broken. The Ikea service kindly sent me these hinges:
Unfortunately, the Faktum cabinet does not have the corresponding holes for these hinges.
However, it has the smaller Utrusta hinge. Does anyone know the hole spacing for the larger hinge?

Jonas_994820 Nov 2015 00:01Oh, that's interesting. Thanks for the link. Apparently, I have the older version (lever hinge).
I measured a bit, but the dimensions seem to be different. If I drilled the holes like that, the hinge wouldn’t fit.
Hmm, it’s a pity about the hinges. Google doesn’t show anything either. I would just buy a new METOD cabinet, but the 70cm (27.5 inches) width is no longer available. Maybe I’ll find something on eBay.

Do you have the Ferrari hinge installed? I thought that was only available as a replacement for the gas springs that were previously used in that cabinet.

Jonas_994820 Nov 2015 20:25At the moment, I have this Ferrari clock hinge, but they are really not recommended. Mine have broken several times already.
The sketch for the larger hinges might work, thanks. I will give that a try. Now I realized that I’m still missing the drilling template for the holes in the door. Is it intended that you simply cut out the template from the manual? Or was there an actual template included? If so, do you happen to know the measurements for where the screws should go into the door?
