Jakke12025 Sep 2012 00:08Dear community, I have a small problem. It seems I overfilled one of my drawers, so the bottom one can no longer close because a scarf is stuck behind it. However, the drawer cannot be lifted out or unscrewed (there are screws on the sides near the rails, but they cannot be removed).
Do you have any suggestions on how I can either get the scarf out or temporarily remove the drawer?
Many thanks.

Jakke12025 Sep 2012 20:34There is no lever... The drawer at the bottom is completely flat. On the side, there is a screw both above and below the rail, but neither can be unscrewed... Do you perhaps have another tip? Thanks anyway for this one!

IKEA-Experte5 Sep 2012 20:57I don’t understand the use of a screw above and below the drawer in connection with the KOMPLEMENT drawer. Does it look different from the one shown here?

Take a look at the inside of the drawer. Based on how you describe the rails, there might be a screw on each side. If you unscrew these, you should be able to pull the drawer out forward.
