Hello everyone...
After our first floor plan attempt failed completely, we worked with the architect to develop two more ground floor versions and one for the upper floor. I would like to know which ones you find good or bad, and what you generally like or dislike about the floor plans?! Also, the pantry door is drawn a bit oddly; it won’t actually look like that...

Ev-Marie8619 May 2017 17:21Would it be possible to turn the area marked for the wardrobe into a pantry or storage room instead, if the wardrobe is placed under the stairs?
I would swap the cloakroom and the restroom. Having shoes and jackets right by the front door and the restroom closer to the living area makes more sense.
I’m also not a fan of having the staircase in the entrance area, but that’s probably because I walk around the house barefoot and end up with wet socks from snow and mud.
I would prefer a pantry instead of a cloakroom. Due to limited space, everything is scattered around. The car seat and diaper bag are next to the shoe cabinet above the cat litter box. Jackets and hats are either in the car seat or in the bathroom by the changing table. Baby shoes replaced the car seat, and now the kindergarten bag has been added. The stroller in the utility room is very impractical.
Upstairs, the bedroom probably won’t work with both a bed and a wardrobe.

Is the house shell already fixed, or are you still flexible with its size?

Ev-Marie8622 May 2017 12:59The "shell" is fixed... no more changes possible... due to the building depth...

I actually preferred your drawn version of the ground floor over the previous one.
