Hello everyone...

After our first floor plan attempt failed completely, we worked with the architect to develop two more ground floor versions and one for the upper floor. I would like to know which ones you find good or bad, and what you generally like or dislike about the floor plans?! Also, the pantry door is drawn a bit oddly; it won’t actually look like that...

I hope that soon a prefab house manufacturer will promote integrating a workbench and vise area with exposed concrete look into the living room, to save one more wall without lowering the price, of course. A built-in range hood for paintwork and similar tasks. Caramba and WD-40 cans hidden behind designer cabinets. That would be the revenge…..

I don’t know, they always draw something... and then never have time to change it... I’m not really getting along with it either... I’m just glad that after a 1.5-week (1.5-week) wait, I finally received it...

We are going with a Bora cooktop, so we don’t need a range hood. And the furniture arrangements never work out anyway when I suggest them.

You should make the furniture yourself as a template. Both 11ants and my suggestion were serious!

Are you still planning to install a roof window? Otherwise, the upper floor will be quite dark...

That’s not possible, or am I mistaken?
