Juliette, did you manage to get all the fronts without any issues?
My nightmare continues; today I was told that the Kroktorp shouldn’t have been ordered anymore, even though I was told back then that it wouldn’t be a problem and that they would remain available, just not as a carry-out item. Today, I was told that I won’t be able to get some of the fronts at all! I’m really fed up.

Everything arrived without any issues, Birte. But as I mentioned, I ordered the kitchen back on February 21. I personally sourced the Hishult handles because at that time the predecessors of Hishult were no longer available, and the new Hishult handles were not yet available. For the knobs, we chose completely different ones.

Today, at least Ikea Frankfurt ordered the missing door front from Essen. I am still missing four drawer fronts sized 20x60cm (8x24 inches).. I am already considering whether to take one 40cm (16 inches) drawer and four 10cm (4 inches) drawers instead of the three 20cm (8 inches) drawers.. but I don’t really like the narrow fronts...

But maybe I should just order everything online as a precaution while it’s still possible; I can always return it later. I was actually advised to order the missing parts through a friend in Switzerland.

I will keep you updated. Yesterday, I ordered the fronts from a friend in Switzerland and paid with a credit card belonging to another friend because I don’t have the secure code for mine.
I hope everything works out. Also, I ordered Plan B (40cm (16 inches) and 10cm (4 inches) fronts instead of the 20cm (8 inches) ones) from Ikea here in Germany the day before yesterday.

I will report back on how things progress and would be happy if others affected could also share their experiences.

I was just at IKEA Cologne Butzweilerhof. (I already bought my Högvärdig induction cooktop there. They have a 20% promotion on selected items until June 6th.) I asked about the kitchen front HITTARP and when it will be available in Germany.

The IKEA employee said it would be ready in August.

There is an update regarding my missing cabinet fronts...

I ordered four pieces from Switzerland, which were delivered there today and will be shipped to me in Germany by mid-June.
I had also reported this issue via Facebook private message, and there was a lot of effort made. I received a call from Ikea Hanau informing me that exactly 5 drawer fronts were back in stock. Four of these were delivered to me today with free shipping.
So far, very positive... I just ended up with 4 fronts too many, but returning them is always possible.

Another issue is the missing door measuring 40cm x 80cm (16 inches x 31 inches) for the base cabinet under the sink. This was supposed to come from Essen and was requested from Nieder Eschbach 10 days ago. Unfortunately, the stock in Essen was due to an inventory error—they don’t have any anymore. According to the service center, the request has been forwarded to Hamburg, where they are now waiting for a response. Direct inquiries do not seem possible, as they have their own separate service center and operate independently.

Had I known that, I would have ordered the door from Switzerland as well... hindsight is always 20/20...

I am now considering whether I could replace the 40cm x 80cm (16 inches x 31 inches) door with a 40cm x 60cm (16 inches x 24 inches) door and a 40cm x 20cm (16 inches x 8 inches) drawer front instead. Is that possible? Both items still seem to be available online in Germany...
