My nightmare continues; today I was told that the Kroktorp shouldn’t have been ordered anymore, even though I was told back then that it wouldn’t be a problem and that they would remain available, just not as a carry-out item. Today, I was told that I won’t be able to get some of the fronts at all! I’m really fed up.

There’s an update about my missing cabinet fronts...
Another issue is the missing door measuring 40cm x 80cm (16 inches x 31 inches) for the base cabinet under the sink. It was supposed to come from Essen and was requested from Nieder Eschbach 10 days ago. Unfortunately, the stock in Essen was due to an inventory error—they don’t have any left. According to the service center, the request was forwarded to Hamburg, and now we are waiting for a response... direct inquiries are apparently not possible since they have their own service center and operate completely independently.
I’m now considering whether I could use a 40cm x 60cm (16 inches x 24 inches) door along with a 40cm x 20cm (16 inches x 8 inches) drawer front instead—would that work? Both items still seem to be available online in Germany...Maybe I didn’t explain it well, what I actually need is a door 40cm (16 inches) wide and 80cm (31 inches) high. I wanted to take a 40cm x 60cm (16 inches x 24 inches) door plus the drawer front 40cm x 20cm (16 inches x 8 inches)...
But I could just say that a cabinet is missing the brackets... pulling a number is enough; they don’t actually check whether you bought them.

IKEA-Experte2 Jun 2015 22:07A 40cm (16 inch) wide special sink cabinet does not exist, so there are no brackets included. Apparently, some branches may want to see a receipt. Fortunately, things are still straightforward in F. Last week, there was a box with the brackets in the clearance section.
