Hello,
We are currently planning our kitchen.
Since it’s a big and unclear jungle and it’s hard to compare everything, I wanted to ask for your help.
We believe that when you go to a showroom and don’t exactly know what you want or need, you might end up paying too much.
I wanted to ask which kitchen brands are good in terms of quality and durability, without being excessively overpriced.
We basically want a mid-range kitchen for our house.
Kitchen cabinets: Nobilia or Nolte kitchens (please suggest other good brands that meet our criteria).
Kitchen appliances: Neff, Bosch, Siemens, or which appliance brands would you recommend? The appliances should have good functions and offer comfort.
Sink: no idea.
I hope you can recommend good brands for cabinets, appliances, and sinks based on your own positive experiences.
Maybe there are also kitchen builders among you who can provide advice as well.

I guess the kitchen would cost a maximum of 5000 euros if done as DIY, excluding appliances. The brown kitchen with an island? IKEA without the countertop at most 1500 euros. Not with simple cabinet doors, but with pull-out drawers.@Benutzer200,
Is your kitchen just the L-shape for now, or will there be an island added in front? I ask because usually you only have the wall to work against, and there's only one counter space between the cooktop and the sink. Also, the dishwasher is placed in the middle, so you have about 120cm (47 inches) of workspace. I also notice a corner cabinet; it might cause problems sooner or later, as parts tend to wear out eventually.

I also see a corner carousel cabinet, which will cause you trouble sooner or later because parts eventually break down. Why would they? As long as you don’t put “bricks” (many heavy pots) on it, I don’t see any problems. It still works perfectly in our ALNO kitchen, used in the kitchen for 15 years and now for 10 years in the garage as a “workbench.”
Nowadays, if I want to use the corner in the kitchen for storage, I prefer a Le Mans pull-out; it’s more convenient.

Also, the dishwasher is right in the middle, so you have about 120cm (47 inches) of counter space. I also see a corner carousel cabinet, which will likely cause problems sooner or later, as the parts tend to break down. Personally, I’m not a fan of kitchen islands, but that’s another topic.
The kitchen is on the plot as is, finished. The countertop space is more than enough. Working in an organized way makes it much easier. To the left of the stove, you can keep your cooking ingredients.
The Ikea carousel cabinet is pretty "basic," so nothing there is likely to break. And if it does, I’ll just buy a new carousel for around €25 and replace it 😉.
By the way, in a kitchen with a single run of cabinets, it’s quite normal to face a wall. It wouldn’t make much sense to install a window into the bathroom behind it. Of course, the wall isn’t bare. Shelves in matching white and some decorative items go there too. Herbs, for example, are placed on them.
To the left, in the niche above the carousel cabinet, there is space for a kitchen machine and similar items. Above that, there are small corner shelves for things you use less often.
