Hello everyone...

After our first floor plan attempt failed completely, we worked with the architect to develop two more ground floor versions and one for the upper floor. I would like to know which ones you find good or bad, and what you generally like or dislike about the floor plans?! Also, the pantry door is drawn a bit oddly; it won’t actually look like that...

Unfortunately, the sketch was rotated.

Why is it better that she doesn’t understand it? @11ant
It can be overemphasized that the bathtub extends fully over 2 meters (6 ft 7 in). More important are the sink, toilet, and shower! You have to make compromises there if you still want to move around in the bathroom.
If the front edge of the bathtub is at 2 meters (6 ft 7 in) and a skylight adds more height, it is definitely better than a 1960s-style layout.

Brief regards

It has been checked regarding the number of floors... more than that is not possible...

In my opinion, a dormer for the bathroom—which is not necessary for lighting—does not yet jeopardize the avoidance of a full additional floor (as mentioned, I haven’t recalculated it; the definition of a full floor varies by country).

Because I am aiming to have the bathtub removed from the 2-meter (6 feet 7 inches) height zone.

It can also be overemphasized that the bathtub is entirely over 2 meters (6 feet 7 inches) high.

Twisting the spine when standing up from the bathtub to avoid hitting your head can lead to chronic issues requiring a specialist in orthopedics. For washing machines and dryers—assuming front loaders—you have to bend anyway, so full standing height is less critical there.

Could you please tell me in which thread it is posted? I can’t find it right now (?)

I haven’t published it yet, but it has already been built.

The latter doesn’t hurt. Complaining would be too late then, but hopefully it’s still worth taking a look. Have you already shared anything in the house pictures thread?

You convinced me, and my wife agrees. So here are a few pictures and the floor plans from us.

Yes, we decided to go with the second dormer... I also don’t think a skylight would make sense there... how would you clean it... I think there will always be a door open somewhere... or I’m thinking about adding a glass panel to the door of the storage room.
