Hello!
Five years ago, we invested in a kitchen (not from IKEA). However, since we didn’t like the cutlery drawers, we fitted these aluminum dividers from IKEA’s Rationell range. They are 4cm (1.5 inches) high.
Recently, we wanted to get the same dividers again but found out they no longer exist… they have completely redesigned their kitchens. Now they only offer those ugly inserts with rubber bristles… disgusting! They catch all the dirt.
Does anyone happen to know who the manufacturer of the aluminum system was/is and if it is still available under a different brand? Unfortunately, we no longer have the old catalog that included this system, otherwise I would have tried searching online with the IKEA item number to see if anyone still has something like this.

They are only available from IKEA. You can order them until June 2016.

Thank you very much!
Unfortunately, I still have to wait because Ikea’s online store only accepts credit cards or this suspicious "Sofort Überweisung" payment method. Since I don’t have a credit card and I definitely don’t want to share my online banking details with third-party websites, my only option was to apply for the Ikea payment card... it really doesn’t get more complicated than that.
Have they never heard of PayPal or advance payment?
Anyway, I’ll use the card once and then it will just sit in the drawer until who knows when 🙂
We already have a Family Card, and we don’t need two...

IKEA-Freund16 Oct 2015 21:05... alternatively, you can get a prepaid credit card (however, those available, for example, at gas stations usually cost about 10 euros).

robi_aus_ffm16 Oct 2015 23:28I still have 3 brand new packages of these efficient dividers in the basement. Since I built a METOD kitchen, I don’t need them. If you can wait 3 days, I can message you on Monday to tell you which ones they are (I am currently still in Tenerife). I got them from the clearance, still in original packaging, so you can get them very cheaply plus shipping costs.
Best regards, robi_aus_ffm
