Hello everyone,

First of all, thank you for your contributions in the previous floor plan discussions.
It has been a while, but now the construction site has progressed to the point where interior work and installations can begin.

We are uncertain about the design of the master bathroom. We have two layout options, but we would also like to hear your ideas.

The room measures approximately 315cm x 491cm (124 inches x 193 inches).

Please feel free to suggest completely different ideas as well.

Here are the examples for the placement of the fixtures.

Whether the dimensions fit, you will have to try out yourself; this is just a suggestion.
If it should be one of your options, then the first one. With the second, the door will hit you every time you are at the washbasin and someone enters. Even if the door opens outward, it is still inconvenient.

Very quickly. But how about something like this:

I don’t understand the window situation. A door behind the bathtub? Where does it lead to?

I assume the shell of the building is already finished and no changes to windows and doors are planned.

Somehow, none of the original floor plan designs have been preserved. Therefore, it would make sense to share the final floor plans here. Why has the children's bathroom suddenly been moved to a completely different location?

Why do people usually start thinking about the bathroom layout only after the shell of the house is completed? I spent a few nights back then pondering over the bathroom design to find the optimal arrangement for us before any connections or fixtures were finalized.

Why wasn’t the bathroom included in the original house design? Now it’s difficult to make something useful out of it.
edit. @Yosan, you were faster. 😎

By having two balcony doors that lead to nowhere, a lot of planning flexibility was lost and unnecessary costs were created. Now you’ll also have to install unattractive fall protection measures.
