Hello everyone,
we are in the process of building a single-family house with a basement suitable for living. This is the design we have come up with. I would like to hear from you if you see any possibilities for improvements.
On the ground floor, there is a side entrance door on the right. The carport will be located there.
In the basement living area, the children's rooms face south. From there, it should be possible to access the terrace and the garden.
I look forward to your tips and suggestions!

I would add another door to the bedroom and have the door to the walk-in closet open to the right.
Best regards,

Frank, the living room mostly has floor-to-ceiling windows or doors. Don’t you have any bookshelves, no Ikea Billy, no Vertigos? There’s hardly any wall space to put anything against. Less glass would be more. Karsten We like it that way, and indeed we have few of the items mentioned. It is supposed to be bright and welcoming anyway )

Oh dear, the West is going downhill. So when your little ones are sound asleep, you and your wife don’t recite poems and German ballads to each other for joy and inspiration? The Bell and such? Smile....KarstenWe’d rather leave that to othersSimilar topics
