Hello everyone,
we are in the process of building a single-family house with a basement suitable for living. This is the design we have come up with. I would like to hear from you if you see any possibilities for improvements.
On the ground floor, there is a side entrance door on the right. The carport will be located there.
In the basement living area, the children's rooms face south. From there, it should be possible to access the terrace and the garden.
I look forward to your tips and suggestions!

On the last pages, I presented 3 options. Number 2 is currently our favorite. Optimizations on the ground floor and upper floor regarding the balcony are still possible. That’s the current status! And to make it clear again, nothing built into the slope or anything like that. You have a completely normal ground floor!?
Really difficult to get information from you... what about the zoning plan requirements, etc.?

Really hard to get information from you... what about the development plan requirements, etc.? Folks, building into a slope hasn’t been an issue since around page 14. For many pages now, the discussion has been only about a completely normal single-family house (which is why there are 3 variations) calculated on an average of 1.4m (4.6 feet) for the single-story height.

Guys, the slope hasn’t been a topic since around page 14 or so. For many pages now, the discussion is only about a standard single-family house (hence the three versions) calculated with an average height of 1.4m (4 ft 7 in) due to it being single-story.Yeah, and you apparently aren’t interested in other suggestions. There are no answers to questions about the zoning plan or planning permission.
So, it remains as stated, and various notes have already been given on this.
I still prefer a bungalow with a finished attic.
Sloping ceilings are not a problem.
Upstairs for the children’s area, downstairs for the parents’ section and living space.
Complying with the building plan without having to compromise.
You don’t get a roof terrace for free.
The money was invested in 3 or 4 square meters (32 or 43 square feet) of additional living space on the ground floor.
